CPIPG strengthens its serviced office services – myoffice now available in five top Warsaw locations

CPI Property Group (CPIPG) continues to develop its myoffice service, supplying flexible fully equipped serviced offices in key locations in Warsaw. The service, which can already be found in five Warsaw buildings will shortly also become available in myhive Crown Tower.  

Currently myoffice can be found in five prestigious buildings within the CPIPG portfolio, offering various modules for firms with differing needs:
• myhive Warsaw Spire – 4th floor (69 workstations),
• myhive Crown Point – 1st floor (82 workstations),
• myhive Crown Tower – 2nd floor (62 workstations),
• myhive IO-1 – 10th floor (37 workstations),
• Warsaw Financial Center (WFC) – 10th floor (82 workstations).
 
The rising interest in the myoffice service is resulting in the further development of the concept. In the myhive Crown Tower building another serviced area was created with a total of 97 workstations at the beginning of December.

Each location is a fully equipped, comprehensively serviced office available immediately without the need for investing in your own fit-out, or buying your own equipment or creating your own technical back office.

Serviced offices in CPIPG’s building provide full operational support: cleaning, maintenance, quick internet, access to office equipment, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea and also conference rooms. “myoffice is ideal for companies that want to start work immediately without the need for investing in your own equipment, IT, design or office services. All of this is already provided as part of the service package,” points out Agnieszka Ostrowska, Associate Director Leasing Office, CPIPG.
