Strong leasing pushes CPIPG’s retail portfolio to greater heights

11. 8. 2025

In the first half of 2025, CPI Property Group (CPIPG), the owner and manager of a portfolio of 23 shopping centres and retail parks across Poland, signed a total of 78 retail lease agreements – including new contracts and extensions – covering a combined area of 14,900 square metres.

Three shopping centres – Vivo! Piła, Vivo! Krosno and Galeria Orkana in Lublin – have achieved full occupancy. A significant lease extension was signed with Galeria Orkana’s anchor tenant, the LPP Group, thus confirming through this decision its satisfaction with the centre.

CPIPG’s network of Stop.Shop and City Market retail parks have maintained almost 100% occupancy, thus emphasising the strong position they have established in this segment.

Among the locations showing the most impressive growth was the Ogrody shopping centre in Elbląg, which has seen a number of relocations and new openings. Sinsay has opened a showroom over an expanded area, while Media Markt – one of the anchor tenants – has extended its lease for another term. Half Price has also joined the tenant mix along with Rituals and iSpot. Meanwhile, Snipes has also opened a store in the centre – the chain’s first location in CPIPG’s portfolio in Poland.

“The continued high rate of leasing and the full occupancy of key properties provide the best proof of our portfolio’s strong market position. Our cooperation with tenants, which is based on flexibility and a thorough understanding of local needs, is generating impressive results – for both the convenience parks and shopping centres in our portfolio. Our consistent goal is to build diverse and attractive tenant mixes, tailored to customers’ expectations and the specifics of each local market,” comments Jacek Malicki, Associate Director, Retail Leasing, CPIPG.

CPI Property Group owns and manages 23 retail properties in Poland. The portfolio, with a total area of 272,000 sqm and a value of EUR 437 million, comprises a wide range of properties – from malls to retail parks. The company’s retail portfolio includes six shopping centres (CH Ogrody in Elbląg, Galeria Orkana in Lublin and four Vivo! Centres), as well as 17 retail parks (the City Market chain with six locations and the Stop Shop chain with 11 locations). The retail properties are located in 20 regional cities throughout Poland. The company also owns 20 office buildings in prime locations in Warsaw.
