CPI Property Group (CPIPG), one of the largest investors and owners of commercial real estate in Europe, has signed a lease agreement with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). The Office has now relocated its headquarters to the Moniuszki 1A office building in central Warsaw.

"We are pleased to welcome the Personal Data Protection Office among our tenants. Moniuszki 1A is an office building that meets the needs of public institutions and modern organisations – both in terms of location and technical standards," says Izabela Potrykus, the Head of Office Leasing at CPI Property Group.

Moniuszki 1A is a modern office building offering almost 10,000 sqm of leasable space on 18 floors in Warsaw's central Śródmieście district. Situated in the heart of the city – adjacent to the Świętokrzyska metro station (both lines of the Warsaw underground) and numerous public transport stops – it combines a central location with a boutique character. Tenants have access to 53 parking spaces and amenities for cyclists, while the entire building is run in line with our Quality Management programme, which guarantees a high level of maintenance and property management. Moniuszki 1A is BREEAM In-Use certified with a ‘Very Good’ rating and has facilities for people with disabilities.

"After many years of operating from the Intraco building, which will be demolished, we have now relocated our headquarters to offices in the very centre of the city. I am convinced that this convenient location, at the intersection of two metro lines, near Warsaw Central Station and many important institutions, will streamline the daily commute for our employees as well as visits to the Office for citizens," comments Mirosław Wróblewski, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The Personal Data Protection Office is an independent supervisory authority responsible for monitoring and enforcing personal data protection regulations in Poland. Its responsibilities include conducting proceedings, handling complaints, investigating data protection breaches, educational activities as well as international cooperation in the field of privacy protection.

In Warsaw, CPI Property Group is the owner and manager of 20 modern office buildings with a total area of over 516,000 sqm and valued at EUR 1.6 billion, thus making the company one of the leaders of the capital’s office market in terms of space. All of CPIPG’s buildings are located in key locations across the city and provide flexible and comfortable solutions for tenants operating in various sectors.
