WiredScore Platinum certification for LightOn

11. 12. 2025

The LightOn office project, which is under development at ul. Prosta 69 in Warsaw, has been awarded the prestigious WiredScore Platinum certification, scoring an exceptional 98 out of 100 possible points. This high score confirms that the building will feature one of the most advanced and resilient digital infrastructures among new office developments in Poland.

During the evaluation process, the project, which is being developed by CPI Property Group (CPIPG), received maximum scores in several key areas:
• mobile and wireless connectivity
• diverse fibre optic entry points and independent routing
• technical rooms for telecommunications with high security standards
• resilient and redundant telecommunications lines
• backup power and the capability to install tenant generators.

All of this means that LightOn will stand out for having among the highest levels of technological resilience on the market. Its independent, duplicated fibre optic lines and three separate telecommunications lines will ensure continuous connectivity even in the event of a systems failure. The technical rooms will, in addition, be protected against flooding, further minimising the risk of downtime. The building will also provide space for tenant generators with pre-prepared fuel systems, ensuring the stability of the power supply in emergency situations. The cellular signal and Wi-Fi 6 in the common areas will be of the highest quality, thus ensuring comfortable mobile working conditions. The extensive main fibre optic bus and large, air-conditioned technical areas will fully prepare LightOn to support the most modern technological systems – from IoT and private 5G systems to those developed in the future.

"In this age of digitalisation and hybrid modes of working, reliable connectivity is at the foundation of business operations. Every minute of downtime can mean financial and operational losses, especially in the IT, fintech, business services and e-commerce sectors. The WiredScore Platinum certification awarded to LightOn guarantees that any risk of disruption will be minimised – whether this is related to network failures or technical, climatic or mechanical incidents," emphasises Michał Litewnicki, the Sustainability & Innovations Manager at CPIPG.

LightOn will comprise 23,600 square metres across 14 storeys: 10 levels in the main building and 4 additional floors in the dominant structure. The building will also provide underground parking with over 200 spaces on a rotating basis, along with extensive infrastructure for cyclists, electric vehicle chargers, a green terrace, shops and a restaurant. Its location – adjacent to the entrance to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station – ensures easy and quick access to the office building, while the multifunctional neighbourhood it is situated in provides users with the many opportunities offered by Warsaw’s largest and most popular business district.
