About the building
Green Corner A is situated at the intersection of ul. Chłodna and ul. Wronia in Warsaw’s Wola district, a short walk from the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, which allows for quick and easy access to and from anywhere in the capital city.
It was the first office building in Warsaw to obtain LEED pre-certification at the ‘Platinum’ level at the time of construction. The LightOn development will comprise 23,600 sqm of space across 14 storeys including ten in the main section of the building with an additional four floors in the tower section. Furthermore, the building will have a two-level underground car park with an automated parking system, full cycling facilities, charging stations for electric vehicles, a green terrace, stores and a restaurant.
The new building is to be handed over for use in the fourth quarter of 2028.
